Dinsmore and Associates, Inc. together with RePliForm, Inc. are pioneering a process to create metal like parts from Stereolithography models. The metal cladding applied to SLA parts gives the parts performance and ruggedness near that of actual metal parts at a fraction of the cost. Engineers can have metal like parts for real-world tests far quicker than they would via traditional machining, making design iterations and revisions faster than they normally would be.
