We also offer USP Class VI medical grade SLA resins WaterShed XC 11122 and ProtoGen 18420.
NeXt is an extremely durable Stereolithography (SLA) resin that produces very accurate parts with high feature detail. Based on the DMX-SL technology, Somos® NeXt is a material that facilitates the production of tough, complex parts with improved moisture resistance and greater thermal properties.
WaterShed XC is a low viscosity liquid photopolymer resin that produces strong, tough, water-resistant, ABS-like parts. Most importantly parts created with WaterShed 11122 are nearly colorless, and look more like true, clear engineered plastic. In addition, WaterShed XC has been formulated with the DSM Somos Oxetane Advantage™- an advanced chemistry platform that produces parts with outstanding water resistance and high dimensional stability.
ProtoGen O-XT 18420 is a liquid, ABS-like, photopolymer resin that produces accurate parts ideal for general purpose applications. ProtoGen resins are the first SL resins to demonstrate different material properties based on machine exposure control. Based on Somos Oxetane chemistry, ProtoGen O-XT 18420 offers superior chemical resistance, a wide processing latitude and excellent tolerance to a broad range of temperatures and humidity, both during and after build.
